Ronald Allan Professional Corporation

Ron maintains a general civil and commercial litigation practice with a focus on mortgage and real estate litigation, construction litigation, shareholder disputes and contractual disputes.  Ron has acted on many complex litigation matters and is known for his fearless advocacy.  He has appeared at every level of Court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Ron has also acted for clients in private arbitrations and before various administrative bodies and tribunals.   

Ron is a member of the Hamilton Law Association, Ontario Bar Association and Michigan Bar Association.
